Q: How do I know whether my account is already being serviced by Frase Protection?
A: You should have received a phone call and/or letter from Frase during the month of February, welcoming you as a Frase customer. If not, check your most recent invoice.

Q: What if my account was sold off to another provider but I want to be a Frase customer?
A: Frase Protection welcomes the opportunity to serve you. Once you have fulfilled the original term of your alarm agreement with your current provider, switching to Frase is easy. Contact us to schedule a Frase alarm consultant to take a look at your system and help you make the switch.

Q: What areas does Frase service?
A: Frase is committed to the greater Memphis area. We cover everything in TN and MS that’s within an hour drive of our service office in Cordova, TN.
